Is this who you want to be?: A client success story

It’s hard to forget a client like Natacha (pictured second to the left) who approached me several years ago looking for a new way to look at her life. She had drive and determination; but she was frustrated with her lack of progress in her career and said she couldn’t see any other way of doing things. If I had asked her: “Is this who you want to be?”, she would’ve responded quickly with a loud “No.”.

Over several months, we discussed what it was she wanted to do, helping her focus on the things that really mattered to her, and how she could achieve them. The sessions reignited her dwindling self-belief and inspired her to get back on track and figure out what she really wanted.

Kathy helped me to focus and organize my thoughts as well as re-evaluate what was important to me and whether I was willing to make the sacrifices needed to achieve what I wished to do with my working life. . . With her help, I actually came away with a totally new way of looking at my life. It was as if I had all the answers, I just wasn’t able to find them myself. I cannot thank Kathy enough for helping me see what was important, and for giving me back the self-assurance that I had hiding in me. I don’t think she even realizes such an important role she was in helping me make my decisions for the future.

Natacha left her job and branched out on her own to raise awareness around the importance of early screening for cancer. More than five years later, she has grown her business with multiple locations in Virginia and Alabama. She’s also a guest speaker with Alabama State University. Natacha is exactly who she wants to be.
