The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) and ELI 360 assessment is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life.
Once the results are in, we will guide you through a personalized session to discover the percentage of each of the 7 energy levels that you typically experience under stress and also under “normal” conditions.
You’ll gain insights into where (and how) you’re investing your energy and discover a clear path to your work and life goals..
Forbes Coaches Council recommends the ELI Assessment as

The PACE® Palette
The PACE® Palette is a color assessment tool designed to dramatically enhance communication in the workplace. Workshop participants will be able to quickly identify their “dominant” and “secondary” colors, easily identify the dominant color of those around them (co-workers, clients, supervisors, even significant others in their lives) and most importantly as a result, they will immediately have the tools in place to effectively communicate with others that may have a different color temperament. By doing so, participants will ultimately achieve the results they are seeking.
