From Fear To Fearlessness: Navigate Public Speaking In Four Easy Steps

I once read that more than 40% of the population has public speaking anxiety. I was part of that statistic.

During a planned speaking event, standing before 100 CEOs of medical specialty societies, I froze in fear, losing the power of speech. Although I recovered, I dreaded speaking before large groups for more than a decade, until avoidance interfered with my ability to lead my organization and advance our goals. Fast forward to today; I gave a keynote address at the American Association of Medical Society Executives and nailed it!
